To cut a long story short......The Residents of Rose Bay lost their fight against a Development Proposal submitted by the Cranbrook school last year. The impact of this development has meant the residents in Manion Avenue, Elanora & Iluka Street no longer have adequate parking space....something which Woollahra Council have done nothing to address.
